Meredith Trewolla is a Rapid Transformational Health & Wellness Coach, Attunement Practitioner, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Astrologer, Metaphysicist, Joyful Movement Facilitator, Fire & Cirque Performer, Social Media Marketer, Network Marketer and General Creative serving the greater Kansas City area.
Over the past several years, Meredith has lead a variety of health, wellness and spirituality workshops and classes in addition to working with clients one-on- one in her private practice. She recently launched an online social media marketing service, The Stay-At-Home Mompreneur Business Blueprint alongside her newly crafted signature wholistic life coaching program, “You Are The Point”. She is also currently offering 1:1 distance energy healing sessions via Zoom and in person sessions out of her home. Last, but certainly not least, Meredith enjoys performing with her long-time performance partner, Christina Thompson, with Elemental Performance.
